Design Analyst Jobs

Support Asset Management in analysis and understanding of operating solar plant performance relative to pre-construction energy estimates.

Knowledge, both technical and commercial, of how renewable energy assets are developed, constructed, operated and financed.

Manage and create spatial data in geographic information systems to support assessment, design, and optimization of projects.

Experience with databases and general understanding of information technology and database design and administration.

Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form are required.

Building out assigned tasks and affiliated project responsibilities into a project management platform (e.g. Asana) to ensure task completion and follow-thru

Provide support to research projects managed by the DesImp team, including IRB support to sponsored research

Create, manage, and deploy stat requests from external JED teams to Design & Impact team to ensure efficient and suitable responses/support

Completing duties/tasks as assigned by the Sr. Director, DesImp, as assigned

Attend team and organizational meetings are needed

Note taking/summarizing in team and organizational meetings as needed

• Ensuring all Service Management requirements for Go Live are understood and delivered to the agreed output

This is a long-term contract full remote role. NO C2C

• Identify all service-related risks and issues and ensure they are managed

• Accountable for the overall Service Design working closely with the Service Delivery Managers and Project teams"

Usual typically as workstream lead including:

Provide administrative support to the EVP and the Experience Design team and support special projects to be determined by team leadership

Manager’s schedule is exceptionally organized, up-to-date, and meeting requests are responded to within 24 hours

Project plans are delivered at the discretion of the manager within specified timeframes and with high attention to detail

Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal; establishes rapport easily with other people and exemplifies warm customer service

Work with the Chief of Staff to coordinate and execute logistics for staff meetings

Perform other duties as assigned

Being the primary liaison to schools for survey instrument data collection and general project management

Support the creation and management of school OneDrive folders including populating with necessary documents, adding school data, and facilitating lead access.

General database management of the JED Data Center software platform that facilitates all data collection activities for JED High School

Building out tasks and assigned projects into a project management platform (e.g. Asana) to ensure task completion and follow-thru

Master’s Degree or 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred

Review drawings for compliance and approval through Taco Bell asset management system.

Education/Certifications – Bachelors / associate degree in interior design / Architecture / Construction or related field
