Dental Technician Jobs in New York

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

SHIFT: Tuesday- Friday 3:00PM - 11:00PM

High School Diploma or equivalent.

High school diploma/GED with 2-4 years of experience in removable prosthodontics.

Knowledge of 3D denture scans and software are preferred

Able to operate optimally, even when things are not clear, or the way forward is not obvious.

Perform basic and intermediate level prosthetic laboratory procedures.

Qualified - applicants possessing experience and/or education that meets the minimum qualifications of the position including all selective factors.

If you are relying on your education to meet qualification requirements:

Designs and fabricates very complex dental and intra-oral maxillofacial appliances, requiring the knowledge to resolve difficult design and construction problems;

Provides education, training and instruction to others in the field, dental students and other lab technicians;

Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is a requirement for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP)
