Demand Planner Program Manager Jobs

Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control a plus

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Program Managers and act as central supply chain point of contact for Program Management

Analyze customer orders and forecast safety stock levels to ensure customer requirements are met

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure quote to cash cycle support

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience

0-2 years of work experience in a professional environment

5-7+ years of program implementation or project management experience.

Excellent time management skills including the ability to monitor and manage project progress.

Experience with database, data management, and CRM applications

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and subcontractor contract management.

Oversee and manage staff resource plans, program forecasts, goals, and budgets.

3+ years’ experience building and leading teams.

Experience in project management and Production/Planning MRP

Partner with inventory management team to align on inventory strategy and execution.

Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes (scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics)

Own and understand E2E demand planning and forecasting requirements and Processes.

BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, related field or equivalent practical experience

3+ years of experience in Demand Planning domain
