Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable)

6 months commercial truck driving experience, including standard transmission (if applicable).

Must meet Company Driver MVR Qualification Standards.

Must be experienced with working with a Pallet Jack, Store Dolly and Store Jacks.

Experience working in a team environment.

Obtain routing information, stops and customer billing daily.

Transport products to the customers and unload product from truck.

Personal protective equipment and masks provided

Social distancing guidelines in place

Sanitizing, disinfecting, and cleaning procedures in place

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of the required delivery area and town.

Deliver customers' orders safely, quickly, and cheerfully.

Help keep the parking lot clean and free from litter.

Accept payments and keep proper change account documentation.

Maintain delivery vehicle in safe, fueled, and clean condition.

Coordinate business travel, including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination and remote support

Skilled in PowerPoint and/or Keynote, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or other non-linear video editing software, and Photoshop

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage calendar and travel arrangements

Ability to function in an environment with competing and changing priorities Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills

Deliver product and execute all promotions

Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift

Merchandise all accounts to local standards

Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account

Pass the DOT drug test and DOT Physical

Valid class A CDL license

Maintain a friendly, working relationship with the Manager on each account on all routes in assigned area

Confer with Area Delivery Managers to resolve customer problems, opportunities, competitive activity in your market, and potential overage situations

Check in product with Store Manager, following store policy.

Complete CDL course to learn how to operate a CDL-A vehicle safely

Learn how to professionally deliver stops in all areas and departments to ensure flexibility.

Learn how to prepare invoices, collect payments from customers and record transactions on customer receipt.

High School diploma or equivalent education preferred

Minimum 2 years experience in related field

Previous Office Depot experience a plus

Previous customer service experience preferred

Experience in the use of pallet jacks, hand trucks and forklift preferred

Department of Transportation (DOT) qualification

Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred

Ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements

Pay Range: $143 - $145, depending on experience

Paid Time Off plus paid holidays

Prior leadership and management experience a plus

Engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training

Ensure core internal audit guidelines and procedures are followed and met, including cash handling, Kronos time-card management, fuel card management, etc.

Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience

Manage, lead, and motivate a team of Full-Service Delivery Merchandisers and Cashiers to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines

Partner cross-functionally to manage and lead effective communication with sales, warehouse, and route planning teams

Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred

Ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements

Pay Range: 175.00 - 180.00, depending on experience

Paid Time Off plus paid holidays
