Adhere to all safety and risk management policies while performing tasks.

Manage cash and card payments upon delivery, as needed.

Bring any guest complaint(s) or issue(s) to the immediate attention of a manager.

Prior experience in a similar position preferred.

Pick up food orders from Maswik and deliver to requested locations.

Check orders prior to delivery to verify accuracy of product and charges are accurate.

Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessary to the position

Efficiently organize delivery route on a daily basis

Delivers liquid and compressed gaseous oxygen to specified points of delivery

Delivers durable medical equipment, as well as other home care related equipment to specific points of delivery

Protects patient PHI per HIPAA regulations

Handles the retrieval of rental return items and their proper handling and placement into the designated rental return area

Communicate delivery- customer issues to proper authority (i.e., Customer Service, Territory Manager, Transportation Supervisor, etc.).

Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis and up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis.

Load and unload the vehicle for multi-stop deliveries.

Transport deliveries by driving assigned vehicles.

Accurately record delivery information including operating a hand scanner and all company required documentation.

Responsible for the proper documentation and disposition for any return product.

Strong math, verbal and written communication skills preferred.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Complete daily pre- and post- trip logs.

Deliver products to customers following a defined route.

Recover company property and secure product at all times.

Rotate all shelf stock, back stock and cooler inventory during each delivery to ensure product freshness.

Pay: $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr Depending on experience

4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions.

Excellent Skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office.

Knowledge and understanding of profit and loss statement and store KPIs to make commercial decisions based on sound financial judgment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
