Dealership Service Manager Jobs

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

Schedules and assigns jobs and work areas to employees in the Service Department according to their skills and knowledge

Manages recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position

Responsible for other duties as assigned by your manager

3+ years experience in Service Department operations

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

4-year BA or BS degree and minimum 6 years managerial experience in a related field.

Motivate and lead a high-performance team of Department Managers & PSSR’s

Understand and abide by Human Resource policies and requirements.

Preferred working knowledge of parts and service operations.

Superior communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, and telephone)

Demonstrated ability to grow and manage business to business sales

Provide training to service technicians to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

Manage and supervise the service technicians, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards and within established timelines.

Create an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty

Develop and manage budgets and operating plans for the service department, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.

Maintain a high level of knowledge about the latest automotive technologies and stay current on industry trends.

$19.00 - $25.00 per Hour based on daily and weekly performance

Service Management Staff are already in place

Service Managers with 3 or more years of experience encouraged to apply

Service Manager experience strongly preferred

$150,000+ Annual Income potential based on experience and performance

Experienced and stable Service Advisor staff already in place

Service Director experienced preferred but not required

Minimum 2 years experience as a dealership office manager. Dealertrack DMS experience preferred.

Manages the payoff of vehicle floor plan and works with bank representatives.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or Associates Degree with minimum of 2 years of accounting/ finance.

Payroll preparation and reporting experience required.

Outstanding customer, communication and organizational skills

Experience in auto sales world

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or any other CRM tool

Strategize with the underwriting team to plan and execute programs for dealers

Prospect auto dealers for future business

Support Lendbuzz’s dealer base for both current and new dealers
