Position Title: Day-to-Day Artist Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Day-to-Day Artist Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination and management of our artist's day-to-day operations. Your exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate the dynamic music industry landscape will be crucial in maximizing our artist's career growth and success. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for artist
- Handle administrative duties, including managing emails, drafting correspondence, and maintaining organized files and documents.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Foster a positive and harmonious working environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork within the artist's team.
- Oversee the logistics of Rosa Linn's live performances, alongside tour manager including coordinating rehearsals, soundchecks, and venue arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact and personal assistant for the artist, handling all communication and scheduling on her behalf.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and content creation.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of promotional activities, such as interviews, photo shoots, and media appearances.
- Provide support during recording sessions, including coordinating studio time, organizing equipment, and assisting with technical needs.
- Manage artist’s personal and professional calendar, including appointments, meetings, rehearsals, and social engagements.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping, meal planning, and organizing personal belongings.
- Liaise with external partners, including record labels, agents, publicists, and lawyers, to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Skills Required:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle day-to-day challenges and make informed choices.
- Adeptness in relationship building to cultivate connections with industry professionals and potential collaborators.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and partnerships for the artist.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing contracts, budgets, and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of tour logistics and live performance coordination.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with artists, stakeholders, and team members.
- Technical competence in utilizing digital tools and platforms for communication, scheduling, and social media management.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in high-stress situations.
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle day-to-day challenges and make informed choices.

- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
