Data Systems Architect Jobs

Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas

Communicate the companywide Architecture strategy and direction to both management and systems related teams

Knowledge of Contact Center systems/products, including experience with Telephony, Cloud, Contact Center as a Service, leveraging AI/ML etc.

Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Assessing business and applications requirements for systems

At least 10 years of enterprise systems IT solutioning and architecting experience in an environment of similar scope and size.

Work assignments vary based on client requirements.

Planning, designing and upgrading systems installation projects

Establishing and maintaining backup, version-control, and malware defense systems

Troubleshooting network architecture and making recommendations for system repairs and enhancements

Develops team vision to drive new capabilities against a published roadmap, in conjunction with management.

Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) development team

Presents technical designs and solutions to executives, management, and other audiences to gain consensus and/or project approval.

Strong knowledge and experience working with databases.

Ability to work with all management levels.

Understanding of performance management techniques.

Previous experience in an IT management position.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure systems are aligned with project goals.

Select and integrate hardware, software, and network components to meet project requirements.

Degree in computer science, information systems or related work experience.

Min. 10+ years of experience

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
