Data Management Business Analyst Jobs in Pennsylvania

Experience working with business units to gain an understanding of data requirements.

2-3+ years of experience with data analysis.

Experience with a reporting tool such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Must be able to work on-site in the Butler, PA region.

What we are looking for:

Data Governance or Master Data Management experience

4+ years of experience in Business Analyst role eliciting requirements

2+ years of finance industry experience

Collect information and requirements to create source to target mappings between systems, including transformation logic

Liaise between lineage developers, application managers, and lines of business

4+ years of experience providing technical solutions to meet business needs

Preferably 5+ Years experience as a BSA

Experience with data profiling / Functional documentation

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid Remote)

Exposure to playing business roles / doing UAT.
