· Knowledge of government regulations including but not limited to TSA, CBP, ITAR, and EAR

Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:

Fully remote once fully trained on site

Previous medical billing experience helpful but not needed

Previous ICD-10 knowledge helpful but not needed

Entering appropriate patient information including patient demographics, insurance information, diagnosis codes provided, and submitting a clean and correct claim.

Responsible for identifying diagnosis narrative, no diagnosis provided, and missing information and affixing an edit.

Requirements/Skills:High School Diploma or GED required.

Good verbal and written communication skills required.

At least 1 year of ERP system experience required.

Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.

Your Tasks Enter customer requests, quotes and supporting documentation in our ERP system (PSI Penta).

Process customer orders in our ERP system (PSI Penta).

Inputting data from bills into company software

Verifying characters and other information were captured correctly by automated processing

Recognizing and researching anomalies within bills

Collaborating with other team members to resolve bill issues

Enjoy working closely with peers on a small team

Can work independently to investigate inconsistencies and resolve them

Previous Microsoft Excel and data entry experience are required.

This role is 100% in the office (Broomfield), 8a-5p schedule M-F ; Pay $20/hour
