Fulfill daily customer orders by accurately pulling parts from inventory

Process incoming inventory and correctly place into existing stock

Assisting with responding to regulatory agencies letters of denials

Assisting with quality improvement activities

Meets coding quality and productivity MHIMA standards

Ensures router/gateway from ISP carrier is password protected

Provides secure work environment for privacy and security of PHI

Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in collaboration with Information Technology

Hands-on working experience within a Business Intelligence tool, DOMO experience strongly preferred, including knowledge of how to create data flows

2-4 years of relevant data analysis experience

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and internal customers

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Detail-oriented for data entry and process follow-through

Strong skills working in Excel and Google Sheets, including skill with generating pivot tables and reports from spreadsheet data

Report all issues to customers and management affecting clearance and delivery in a timely manner in writing or verbally

Reporting freight discrepancies to management

Basic knowledge of INCO terms, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Customs regulations and partner government agency requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Must be detail oriented, thorough and accurate. Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong PC skills including fast, accurate typing skills

Supervises and instructs exercise therapy classes and manages selection, calibration, maintenance, and use of exercise equipment.

Performs exercise with patients utilizing appropriate body mechanics and communication skills appropriate for all age groups involved in Cardiopulmonary Rehab.

Assists in controlling expenses by effective use of personal time, supplies, and equipment Requirements:

ACLS and ACSM certification encouraged

At least one year recent and relevant experience in a clinical setting preferred
