Project Manager On Our W2

Flexton is an IT Solutions company formed in 2007 headquartered in San Jose, CA. We provide complete IT solutions for client's project needs by following industry standard software development methodologies in all of our development efforts. We work on-site, off-site and on-site/ offshore model.

We are looking for Project Manager (Only direct candidates for that role on our W2. No layers)

for one of our reputable clients.

Job Title: Project Manager

Pay Range: $50/h;

Contract: 6-12 months

Location: Remote/ PST time zone

The ideal candidate will be local to Bay Area and coming from Tech Company Background, responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project deliverables;
• Create reports, documentation,
• Develop presentations;
• Improve processes;
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
• Leading key operating rhythms within ad’s team.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress;
• Set project timeline;
• Run End to End lifecycle of complex projects that contribute to Ad’s roadmap;

Qualifications

• E-commerce/ Ad's Domain Experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills;
• Experience in program/product/engineering/sales operations organizations;
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent experience;

Nice to have:

• Scrum/Agile experience;
• Ad/E-Commerce Domain Experience;
• Jira experience.
