You are a people manager. You have 3+ years of people management experience leading people leaders (managing leaders with direct reports).

Manage. From fundamentals, you'll develop the vision for DashMart in your region. You will guide growth and directly manage the P&L.

You're open to travel. This role will require 30%+ travel time.

You have 1+ years of experience in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, vendor management, or a related field

You are proficient in SQL and Excel and have experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, etc.)

Develop an understanding of the DashMart business, P&L, vendor operations, and product procurement strategy

Build new tooling, reporting, and analytical framework to diagnose vendor performance

Work with an array of internal stakeholders to drive process and tooling enhancements

Work with external vendors to negotiate and drive DashMart initiatives

You have 1+ years of experience in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, vendor management, or a related field

You are proficient in SQL and Excel and have experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, etc.)

Develop an understanding of the DashMart business, P&L, vendor operations, and product procurement strategy

Build new tooling, reporting, and analytical framework to diagnose vendor performance

Work with an array of internal stakeholders to drive process and tooling enhancements

Work with external vendors to negotiate and drive DashMart initiatives

You have multi-unit management experience

You’re a proven leader. You have 5+ years of leadership experience and have managed leaders in an operations heavy environment.

Strategize: By designing, building and executing process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and improve employee experience.

You have 7+ years’ experience: In Operations, Consulting, Strategy or a related field.

You have experience starting or scaling a successful startup.

You have operational experience in logistics and/or warehousing.

Collaborate - work cross-functionally with supply chain, buying, business development, analytics and finance to meet your category targets

You have 2-4+ years of experience (in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience)

Own your category - be directly responsible for executing the strategy and owning the P&L for your category

Analyze - get to the lowest level of detail with both qualitative and quantitative data to guide your category strategy

Innovate - influence our overall product, tooling, and strategic roadmap as an early member of our assortment team

You’re analytical: You let data win arguments, and you’re comfortable pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel
