Cybersecurity Operations Engineer Jobs

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent professional work experience

Experience building and/or analyzing GRC and Cybersecurity business cases and experience in product management.

Experience with ITIL processes for Service Management.

Provide technical expertise for integrated Risk Management Tools (Archer, OneTrust, Security, ServiceNow, etc.)

Experience in configuring Archer solutions based on technical and functional requirements using Agile methodology.

Experience in building On-demand application as per the business requirements.

Documents policies, procedures and standards based upon guidance from Corporate Security Management.

Knowledge and experience with various standards (PCI/DSS, SOX, FedRAMP HIPAA etc.)

Continuously research and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance our cybersecurity automation capabilities.

Manage repository for control documentation and update documents as needed.

Ability to manage changing workloads while maintaining a sense of priorities and delivering quality service within required timeframes.

Ability to learn new technologies and applications and apply that knowledge to daily workflows.

Incident response support including security monitoring, network and endpoint visibility, and threat management.

Self-motivated to improve knowledge and skills

Requires CISSP, CASP or higher industry acknowledge security certification.

Security engineering operations experience with security tool implementations, routine upgrades, and monthly maintenance.

Experience with implementing security tool projects following solution engineering lifecycle.

Experience deploying security solutions in AWS and MS Azure.

Develops team vision to drive new capabilities against a published roadmap, in conjunction with management.

3+ years’ experience assessing and implementing vulnerability management tools, vulnerability scan configurations, vulnerability reporting, and vulnerability remediation.

Applies knowledge to practical and sustainable applications and capabilities.

Uses subject matter expertise to support industry standard source control and source change management techniques.

Presents technical designs and solutions to executives, management, and other audiences to gain consensus and/or project approval.

Serves as a subject matter expert for vulnerability assessment, response, management, scanning and identification.
