Solid project and time management techniques

4+ years of related experience

Experience with visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Power BI)

Proactively identify new opportunities and estimate value, assist with prioritization

Lead projects through from start to finish, including scoping, executing, and presenting your results to influence clients and business partners

Extract and validate data, conduct analyses, observe operational impacts, clearly document and organize data, and interpret the results into actionable recommendations

Using problem-solving skills and in-depth product knowledge to identify process improvement opportunities which promote cost effective service delivery.

Providing service which meet established compliance and state regulatory requirements. Performing other job-related duties or special projects as the needed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Strong computer skills, competence, and proficiency at keyboarding.

Educating customers regarding online resources available to promote self-service for most efficient access to information and increased transaction efficiencies.

Ability to develop a broad understanding of insurance operations, products and concepts across all lines.

Industry knowledge of medical equipment supply chain preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel with pivots and v-lookups), Power BI (or Tableau), and/or SAP

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all department and organizational levels
