Typically requires an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and 1-2 years of experience in commercial collections.
Under direct supervision, generate cash from customer account receivables (A/R) in an effective and timely manner.
Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships to effectively facilitate the collection process.
Identify and address early and late stage challenges/collection issues. Escalate to appropriate parties as needed.
Monitor aging AR on accounts and provide write off recommendations after due diligence and proven uncollectable debts
Provide routine level support to assigned accounts including organizing and maintaining data files related to customer A/R.
