Robust working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and MS Word)
Work closely with properties that take their own reads to ensure they are obtained timely to meet prebill/billing deadlines.
Operate as a SME in partnership with internal software development team to identify and implement process efficiencies
Handle coordination with the collection of read data through the appropriate means for each system type (Inovonics, Tehama, Next Century, etc.)
Ensure sub-meter reads are loaded into the billing system timely for the prebill team to generate prebills according to billing schedules.
