JOB CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT

Work with customers throughout PSE service areas to obtain meter check reads, meter verifications, and resolve access problems

Experience using a claims management system e.g. Guidewire or diary management system to accurately document file activities.

Customer Service - Ensures customer service excellence. Responsible for the customer and agent experience associated with assigned claims.

5 or more years’ experience adjusting property claims.

Experience negotiating claims and handling conflict.

Experience using Xactimate or other property estimating software.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the company.

Minimum 3 years experience in the healthcare industry or customer service, preferably with out-of-network claims.

Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable.

Knowledge of health care claims and appeal procedures .

Knowledge of insurance company and medical service provider vocabulary desirable

Communication (written, verbal and listening) problem solving, interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Ability to use software, hardware and peripherals related to job responsibilities including MS Office

Using problem-solving skills and in-depth product knowledge to identify process improvement opportunities which promote cost effective service delivery.

Providing service which meet established compliance and state regulatory requirements. Performing other job-related duties or special projects as the needed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Strong computer skills, competence, and proficiency at keyboarding.

Educating customers regarding online resources available to promote self-service for most efficient access to information and increased transaction efficiencies.

Ability to develop a broad understanding of insurance operations, products and concepts across all lines.

Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with retail store sales staff and management

Train Dick’s Sporting Goods associates on our technical running styles, field of play product and lifestyle offerings

Train the Road Runner Sports team on our technical running offerings.

Two to three years of retail or sales experience required and athletic participation a plus.

Excellent communication & presentation skills are required.

Performs inventory of vehicles, lap tops, radio equipment, supplies, and requests the ordering of cards, barrel lock/keys, etc. as required.

Oversees the maintenance schedule for vehicles and ensures that staff performs daily vehicle inspections and follows through on any noted problems.

Trains new employees and follows up on their performance. Covers vacations for the current Customer Service Field Representative staff.
