Sr Customer Service Field Rep Jobs in New Jersey

Manage and Identify skill gaps, certifications, utilization & billability to ensure our project backlog is adequately staffed.

Collaborate with other Technical Operation Managers (TOM) throughout North America on staffing requirements.

Identify the resource needs for the region/district and dispatch the skilled workforce accordingly.

Coordinate with GES leadership for tech resource requirements.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.

Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards.
