Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly

Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs

Basic knowledge of touch typing system and database management tools.

Experience working on a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.

Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.

Update customer information in a database.

Demonstrated ability to type 35 wpm.

Be accurate, be able to minimize errors

High school diploma or GED

Authorized to work in the United States

Be able to submit and pass a background check and drug test

Be at least 18 yrs. of age
