Manage relationships and provide insight to professional staff within schools and testing centers

Build and manage relationships across Assessment Delivery Operations team to meet support needs

Manage cases for pre-administration and post-administration matters that meet service level agreements.

Lead and manage customer relationships to ensure all cases are resolved in a timely manner

Lead and manage outreach efforts for Test Center renewals 

Manage other self-assigned projects that arise through digital transformation and organizational method changes

Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and have strong time management skills

Report any potential Privacy Incident to the Requestor Support Team Manager.

Have an overview of all HealthMark- Group departments roles and responsibilities.

Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

1+ year of call center experience

Proficient computer skills with software applications such as Microsoft Office

An understanding of and experience working in or with the social impact sector (corporate and private philanthropy, non-profit, civic, etc.)

(preferably) Have a bulk of your experience in the B2B/corporate/strategic communications space (vs. B2C)

Exceptional professional writing skills—especially in e-mail—that net clear, concise, direct and approachable communications

Support our strategy team by interpreting directives into communications that guide teammates and actions that achieve objectives

Support copywriting with clear and compelling language and creative ideas for the development of digital and print materials

Support our company’s internal communications by managing and monitoring our social media and digital presence

4 years of customer service, program management, project management, gas/ electric construction, and/or energy efficiency sales and/or service experience

Strong presentation and time management skills

Become a subject matter expert on assigned gas/electric/vegetation management programs

Act as lead to coordinate input from the Program Managers, local construction teams, Public Affairs, Land Management, Environmental Management, and others

Initiate strong working relationships with work sponsored project managers (PMs)

Manage budget expenditures and provide direction and coaching to peers

Experience and willingness to engage in conversations surrounding race, gender, sexuality, and ability.

Attend additional professional development training and workshops including readings, group dialogues, guest presentations, and self-reflection.

Interest in art and museums, public programs, research, writing, multimodal teaching, community engagement.

Comfortable communicating with a diverse public including museum staff, visitors, children, youth, community members, and peers.

Must be comfortable and enthusiastic about inviting and engaging the greater public through museum programs and in-gallery teaching.

Must be reliable, self-motivated, enthusiastic, open-minded, and collaborative.

Maintain knowledge of our nonprofit clients brands, their outreach goals and initiatives

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

0-2 Years experience in Territory Sales, or related field

Plan and run presentations with the goal of driving revenue and increasing brand awareness

Provide training and ongoing support to facilitate manufacturer and distributor participation and a positive end-use customer experience.

Collaborate with program team members to co-create a presentation that outlines the benefits of participation and program processes, terms, and conditions.

Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills.
