Customer Intelligence Data Scientist Jobs in Arkansas

Partner with Science Management and Strategy teams to identify, design, develop, and execute experiments to improve AI/ML products or services.

4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, statistics to solve business problems.

Experience with data science and ML packages such as Do/why, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy etc.,

Experience with Python, SQL, PySpark and cloud-based tools such as Big Query, Databricks

Guide AI/ML adoption and roll out strategy by communicating the results of experiments to key strategic leaders and multiple stakeholders.

Identify dimensions and designs of experiments and create test and learn frameworks.

Develops algorithms using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques like machine learning to predict business outcomes and recommend optimal actions to management.

Performs analytical tasks on vast amounts of structured and unstructured data to extract actionable business insights.

Participates in the data gathering, data processing and data mining of large and complex datasets.

May partner with Data Architects, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Visualization Experts to develop data-driven solutions for the business.

You have solid experience with research principles, experimental design, and current best practices for mixing qualitative and quantitative methodologies

Experience working in healthcare and/or tech sector

Experience with common web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)

Domain knowledge in clinical genetics

Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau

Experience with a variety of research tools (Qualtrics, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)
