Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry in a commercial or consulting role

Excellent strategy, planning and execution skills with proven ability to prioritize work to drive results

Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem solving

Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and standing out as a successful collaborator

Previous market research experience in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including segmentation, personas, and customer decision journeys

Proven experience with survey questionnaire design and ability to write and/or edit surveys for complex topics

Experience driving large-scale, multi-country projects, navigating nuance of multiple cultures in a matrixed environment.

An analytical mind, able to manage details but also see the big picture in order to tell the story

Must be proactive and highly organized, with ability to manage and move projects forward

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

2+ years of working experience in the food brokerage, grocery retailer, or CPG industry.

Experience with syndicated data platforms including Nielsen AOD, IRI Unify, SPINS, or 1010 data.

Knowledge of Power BI and advanced macros would be a strong asset.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.

·Manage special projects assigned by the Director of Analytics & Insights.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R or a similar programming language is a plus

Define and manage processes needed to achieve operational excellence for your team

5+ years experience in a quantitative role

2+ years of experience managing and scaling a team (2+ persons)

Experience in building, inspiring, developing and leading a high-performing team
