Overview Customer Experience Advocate is a customer service role that focuses on providing exceptional customer service to customers. The Customer Experience Advocate is responsible for providing a positive customer experience through the delivery of excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication. The Customer Experience Advocate is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Detailed Job Description The Customer Experience Advocate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing customer support. The Customer Experience Advocate is also responsible for identifying customer needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. The Customer Experience Advocate is also responsible for providing product and service information to customers, as well as providing feedback to management on customer service issues.
