Detailed Job Description The Customer Experience Advocate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing customer support. The Customer Experience Advocate is also responsible for identifying customer needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
