2+ years of progressive marketing analytics, audience management, acquisition marketing, and/or retention marketing experience with proficiency in CDP/CRM technology
Familiarity with Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations, data management and transformation, ETL, and data modeling
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including both receiving and offering feedback
Transform large and disparate data sets to create highly targeted customer audiences for personalized customer experiences
Define and manage processes to continually maintain and improve audience data quality and technology usage
