DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, and/or EXPERIENCE

Review, evaluate and report to management for special assignments

Preferred experience and knowledge of Salesforce

Develop an extensive knowledge of ICON Health and Fitness product lines, service plans, and iFit subscriptions

Confirm customer understanding of proposed resolutions, order of operations, and customer education

Have a working knowledge of web based computer systems.

Follow the daily schedule provided by Workforce Management. [

Call Center/Chat experience is a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Provide a world class experience with an emphasis on top box interactions.

High school diploma or equivalent education required.

Must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.

Must be able to have effective communication skills with all levels of leadership.

Time Management:Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements and individual performance targets.

Data Entry:Accurately enter and update customer information in the company\'s database. Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and transactions.

Continuous Learning:Stay updated on industry trends, customer service techniques, and product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and self-study.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written com unication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
