Thorough knowledge of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure governing actions for Child Support and Custody.

Thorough knowledge of statutory and case law relating to Child Custody and Child Support.

Thorough knowledge of the proper conduct of hearings held in accordance with Pennsylvania laws.

Thorough knowledge of the preparation of legal documents and court orders.

Must have proven defect management experience for large programs/projects

Very assertive and run defect end to end management for large testing programs

Manage and perform hands-on Functional and Automation execution for assigned custody applications.

Exhibits sound understanding of concepts and principles in own technical area and a basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.

Requires sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.

8+ years of experience in an IT Quality role.

Maintain a working knowledge of the Department Transportation Standards policy to properly complete transports.

Use appropriate de-escalation skills during stressful and potentially dangerous situations.

Maintain certification for Taser equipment.

At least one (1) year experience as a Corrections & Custody Officer.

Remote/telework/flexible schedules (depending on position)

Attend all required training and maintain certifications, as required.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience OR

Associate degree and four or more years of relevant experience

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

Ensuring case properly managed in CRM and Case Management System

Doc Management: downloading, labeling, sorting and organizing, cleanup folders, share docs with clients

Passion about creating a “Wow!” experience for clients going through difficult times.

Must have at least 2 years of Divorce and Custody experience

Strong communication and people skills

Superior attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills

7-10+ years of relevant experience

Leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate team members in a sales capacity

At least 2 years experience in a crypto custody sales role

Experience at an investment bank, prime brokerage, or buy side firm is beneficial

Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow FalconX's crypto custody business.

Must meet minimum age requirements as defined by the state certification/licensing authority.

Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent as defined by the state certification/licensing authority.

Have completed the basic recruit-training course(s) or its equivalent as established by the state certification/licensing authority.

Will comply with facility specific requirements as applicable.

Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.
