Working Knowledge and Experience using Alpine Design Software OR Mitek

Ability to manage several projects at once, organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare final panel drawings.

Demonstrated knowledge of wood frame construction.

Excellent ability to understand and interpret construction drawings

Ability to effectively communicate with architects, engineers, customers, and team members both orally and in writing.

Ability to work in a team setting, accepting instruction/direction from other team members.

Certify members to learn how to belay

Promote climbing wall as a business within the facility.

Follow all FFC Climbing Wall safety standards, rules and policies

Have a solid knowledge of indoor rock climbing including climbing technique, belaying technique, routes and rating systems, rock climbing safety equipment.

Obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 3 months of hire.

Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts while performing job responsibilities.

Ability to understand and enforce all climbing wall policies and procedures.

Provide supervision of climbing wall participants to include belaying and spotting climbers.

Teach and demonstrate proper use of all climbing equipment (harnesses, belay devices, shoes, etc.).

3 years construction industry related experience

2+ years of curtain wall design experience including unitized construction

2+ years of experience in the construction industry with midrise+ projects preferred

3+ years of experience with either AutoCAD, Revit or Inventor

3 years of curtain wall design experience including unitized construction

AAS in Drafting and Design (2-year degree)
