The Director will also be responsible for developing and managing programs that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, such as cultural awareness training, diversity initiatives, and cultural events.

The Director will work with senior management to create a culture of respect and understanding in the workplace and ensure that all employees feel valued and respected. The Director will also be responsible for developing and managing programs that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, such as cultural awareness training, diversity initiatives, and cultural events. The Director will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, tracking program progress, and evaluating program effectiveness.
