Overview The Culture and Corporate Communications Associate is responsible for developing and executing corporate communications strategies, managing internal and external communications, and promoting the company’s culture. The Associate will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that the company’s culture and values are communicated effectively and consistently. Detailed Job Description• Develop and execute corporate communications strategies, including internal and external communications, to promote the company’s culture and values.
• Manage the company’s internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, and social media.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry partners, and other organizations.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public opinion to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with the senior leadership team to ensure that the company’s culture and values are communicated effectively and consistently.
• Create and manage content for the company’s website, blog, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage employees and promote the company’s culture.
• Manage the company’s corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and other activities.

• Knowledge of corporate communications strategies and tactics
• Knowledge of digital media platforms

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
• Experience in developing and executing corporate communications strategies
• Experience in managing internal and external communications
• Experience in managing corporate events
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of corporate communications strategies and tactics
• Knowledge of digital media platforms
• Knowledge of public relations and media relations
• Knowledge of corporate culture and values
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
