Previous experience within call center environment

We sell and confirm Cruise reservations by providing comprehensive information about the Disney Cruises

We engage with the Guest by addressing needs, answering questions, providing directions and sharing other information

3 – 5 years of recruitment experience and/or 3 years salaried leadership experience preferably in the hospitality or cruise industry

Demonstrated strong organizational and problem solving skills

Excellent project management, presentation and influencing skills
