CHARACTERISTICS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Answering the telephone for the Bureau and Deputy Bureau Chiefs;

Maintaining case files and drafting reports, as required;

Collecting, tracking, reporting and filing trials completed by Bureau Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs);

Compiling case and court information from Bureau ADAs for meetings with the District Attorney;

Logging, scanning and distributing motions to ADAs;

Preparing and distributing case reports to Executive staff;
