Overview A Crewing Coordinator is responsible for managing the crewing process for a company’s vessels. This includes recruiting, hiring, and training personnel, as well as ensuring that all crew members are properly certified and qualified for their positions. The Crewing Coordinator is also responsible for managing the crewing budget, and ensuring that all crew members are provided with the necessary supplies and equipment. Detailed Job Description The Crewing Coordinator is responsible for managing the crewing process for a company’s vessels. This includes recruiting, hiring, and training personnel, as well as ensuring that all crew members are properly certified and qualified for their positions. The Crewing Coordinator is also responsible for managing the crewing budget, and ensuring that all crew members are provided with the necessary supplies and equipment. The Crewing Coordinator is also responsible for scheduling crew members for shifts, and ensuring that all crew members are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
