Minimum 2 years of experience

College degree in related graphic design field or equivalent experience.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

Knowledge of advertising, and marketing a plus.

Experience with motion graphics and video a plus.

Experience translatings initial designs/ideas into graphics, video files, etc

Prior experience in the technology space

Houston, TX-mostly remote, but will have to come into office for some meetings, LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Work with the Servicing Compliance Program Manager and Quality Assurance team to identify new or changed regulatory requirements and assess impact

Actively manage, create, design, and produce final assets for marketing initiatives

Familiarity with fundamentals of user-experience and user-interface design, using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma

Basic knowledge of civil engineering design principles and practices.

Experience with a consulting engineering firm and completion of industrial projects including designing concrete and steel.

Knowledge of structural engineering design and drafting principles and practices.

Civil 3D knowledge is an asset.

Produce neat, accurate, and legible construction drawings packages according to company procedures and drafting standards with minimal supervision.

Interpret general design information and calculations.

•Knowledge of structural detailing using AutoCAD.

•Proficiency and experience in commercial CAD software like AutoCad, Solidworks

•Experience in preparing fabrication drawing with all details, Bill of material, weld etc

•Experience in preparing As-built drawing

•Experience in creating 3D model of ship in AutoCad and Solidworks

•Experience in working where multiple disciplines are working together

Education / Knowledge / Skills:

Team members are responsible for accurately closing out projects and efficiently communicating completed work to team members, Sales and Design Management.

Comply with project time tracking using time management software.

Designers must coordinate with our testing lab to review testing requirements and data reports when necessary.

Train & mentor less experienced designers in Carton Design disciplines and procedures.

Proficient communication skills utilizing digital interfacing platforms.
