Cre Analyst Jobs

Four years consulting, construction, CRE lending and/or commercial real estate asset management experience.

Effectively coordinate and manage multiple assignments; prioritize responsibilities and efforts.

Identify and manage developers and projects that meet the company’s investment requirements.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, marketing, construction related discipline, or real estate.

Experience with multi-employer and other ERISA-covered funds a big plus.

Knowledge of industry trends in real estate and development, and a strong desire to understand specific market characteristics.

A minimum of 4 years of financial industry experience, including 2 years of loan administration or loan operations experience

Commercial/Construction Real Estate Loan Administration experience preferred

Reviews, closes, and processes modifications/extensions, payments, rate changes, payoffs, partial releases, full releases and exceptions

High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred

Understanding of interest rate swaps preferred.

Job may require additional hours of work during peak periods to meet service levels

Loan Workout experience is required.

CRE experience at a bank is required.

Interviews Borrower/Guarantor, requests and analyzes required information for loan workout analysis.

Prepares reports on loan workout analysis, progress, and strategy implementation to Head Office.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics.

2 years of relevant experience preferred, including real estate acquisitions, asset management, construction management/budgeting, operations, or finance.

Assisting the Acquisition team with underwriting potential real estate and structured finance acquisitions;

Interacting with joint venture partners and third-party service providers and helping to manage those relationships;

Real estate cash flow modeling experience required

Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ARGUS)

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
