For fellowship need at least 1 year of RN experience. For residency no RN experience needed.

Must be able to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and possess good oral and written communication skills.

As applicable, will be required to demonstrate acceptable knowledge of nursing standards of care for specialty care area.

Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor's in Nursing Degree (BSN) preferred. Must have graduated by September 2023.

Must have current, valid RN license or temporary RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing; or valid Compact RN license.

Must have current healthcare provider CPR course completion card from one of the following:

Ability to manage various recruitment processes from resume screening to skills assessments.

3+ years of Craft Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of successful craft recruitment within the construction industry.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and candidates.

Proficiency in managing candidate information within applicant tracking systems.

Demonstrated ability to assess craft personnel needs and contribute to resource planning.

Understanding of the construction industry, craft roles, and workforce dynamics.

Directly support project and construction management with planning and utilization of proper means and methods for all construction activities

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

Functional proficiency in project controls, human relations, industrial relations, and contract management as it applicable to assigned area of responsibility

Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines

Generally responsible to assure all work undertaken is within approved scope boundaries and is in full compliance with all pertinent requirements
