Essential Responsibilities:
Craft Recruiting Leadership: Lead the way in creating comprehensive job profiles, strategically advertising employment opportunities, and skillfully screening resumes and applications.
Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews, leveraging skills assessment tests to identify the most qualified candidates.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and current candidate records.
Workforce Analysis: Collaborate with operations management, project managers, and superintendents to analyze craft and technical personnel needs for ongoing projects.
Craft Planning Support: Assist operations management with short and long-term craft planning, aligning resources with project requirements.
Industry Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, making recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:- Stay proactive and up-to-date with the latest industry trends and recruitment strategies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and candidates.
- Proficiency in managing candidate information within applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage various recruitment processes from resume screening to skills assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to assess craft personnel needs and contribute to resource planning.
- Understanding of the construction industry, craft roles, and workforce dynamics.
- 3+ years of Craft Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of successful craft recruitment within the construction industry.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
