Job Description
Do you excel at identifying and engaging top-tier craft talent to support ongoing projects?We are seeking a skilled Construction Craft Recruiter to join our team and drive our craft recruiting efforts!
Essential Responsibilities:

Craft Recruiting Leadership: Lead the way in creating comprehensive job profiles, strategically advertising employment opportunities, and skillfully screening resumes and applications.

Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews, leveraging skills assessment tests to identify the most qualified candidates.

Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and current candidate records.

Workforce Analysis: Collaborate with operations management, project managers, and superintendents to analyze craft and technical personnel needs for ongoing projects.

Craft Planning Support: Assist operations management with short and long-term craft planning, aligning resources with project requirements.

Industry Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, making recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Stay proactive and up-to-date with the latest industry trends and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proficiency in managing candidate information within applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage various recruitment processes from resume screening to skills assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess craft personnel needs and contribute to resource planning.
  • Understanding of the construction industry, craft roles, and workforce dynamics.
  • 3+ years of Craft Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of successful craft recruitment within the construction industry.


Education:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The base pay range for this Talent Acquisition Spec role is $58,250 - $108,750 annually.
