Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

Post accounts receivable payments per agency remittance advices

Resolve valid or authorized adjustments with balancing entries in order to reconcile A/R payments

Bachelor's degree preferred OR at least 1 year of relevant experience (healthcare billing, claims, auditing, reimbursement or data analysis)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solve problems by identifying errors and overpayments for our healthcare clients

Use your creativity to help generate new ideas for claim concepts and recovery opportunities

Learn and use multiple computer software, systems and technology

Achieve excellence by meeting and exceeding audit team goals and quality measures

Provide technical support to customers within our software platform, developing expert level knowledge of payment processing within ServiceTitan

Minimum of 2+ years total work experience in a client facing role in the merchant services / payment processing industry

Very detailed oriented with strong organizational skills

Experience with breaking down credit card merchant statements and doing cost + profitability analysis on them

Provide day to day support for our customers, including gateway and transactional support, as well as deposit reconciliation

Serve as point person for existing customers on ServiceTitan Payments, fielding incoming emails and phone calls

Stay informed on Fullsteam technology offerings and their support requirements.

Use phone, email, chat, and remote connections to assist customers.

Participation in process improvement identification from daily work experiences.

Two years of related technical support or customer service experience.

Experience working with credit card terminals and POS equipment.

Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.

Escalate payment issues to Payments Team Leads and Management as needed

Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance requirements for financial transactions and collections

You have a minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance and responding to customer inquiries

Support the producer commissions process

Support the claims and vendor payment process

Identify opportunities to increase compliance of our payment program
