Course Development Consultant Jobs

Experience with the learning management system (LMS).

Identify potential bottlenecks or delays and communicate them to the manager.

Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience, promote learner engagement, and meet accessibility guidelines.

Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in online education and instructional design through professional development opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in developing and delivering online courses.

Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring milestones and completion deadlines are met

Experience using project management software (i.e., Monday.com) preferred

3+ years of full-time experience developing/editing/producing continuing education (CE) or test-prep material

Oversees development of interprofessional programming with a focus on state mandated requirements.

Participates in the educational design, creation, and maintenance of healthcare product inventory

Manages the editing and proofing of editorial material (enduring, webinar, slide decks, video formats).

JD from an accredited U.S. law school

Teaching ability (communicates complex topics clearly to new associates)

Capacity to work on the course with our editorial team consistently on a part-time basis for a 1-2 month period
