Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

Travel to project locations as directed by company management

Working knowledge of modern surveying equipment such as GPS, robotic total stations, and field software

At least five years of experience in construction surveying preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Must comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements

To meet the requirements of the role in which you are applying

10 years of relevant, progressive work experience in land surveying.

Fundamental knowledge of general civil engineering principles.

Willingness to learn CAD software and become a highly skilled technical draftsman.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).

Works autonomously and safely, supervising Amtrak field survey crew or consultant-provided survey personnel in surveying field work.

Creates survey plans for transmittal to design team members and the public
