County Organizer Jobs

Ability and experience working cross-culturally

Relevant previous organizing experience (Community, Labor, Voter/Civic) is a plus

Provide regular organizing training for FIF participants in the principles and skills of congregation-based organizing

Routine requirements (weekly and expense reports, staff calls, etc.)

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Exceptionally well organized with strong time management skills.

Recruit, train, and manage fellows and volunteers to participate in direct voter contact.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds.

Previous campaign experience and/or customer service experience.

Coordinate volunteer events including canvasses, phone banks, and text banks.

Amplify the message, recruit volunteers, and create online communities using social media platforms.
