Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with disabilities, including individuals with severe or challenging behaviors

Current in-person CPR/ First Aid certification for Adult & Children

Provides one-to-one behavior intervention services to individual clients as instructed by Clinical Leadership and based on individual treatment plans

Implements the goals/objectives for an individual as defined in the treatment plan

Provides/assists with daily program activities in the areas of self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, behavior, and crisis intervention

Assists client with personal care activities

Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites

Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent

Required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations; covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts

Must be available to work any time and day

Assist professional staff in arranging and conducting health education programs, demonstrations, special health conferences, and clinics in the community.

Complete health screening for patients

Research and conduct outreach for locations for immunization clinics

Transport vaccine and supplies for clinics

May upon approval of supervisor, coordinate and/or provide necessary transportation to clients.

Serve as a strategic partner and consultant to executive and management staff.
