This position does require successful completion of a Post Offer Pre Employment Examination (POPE).
Ability to use good oral and written communication skills needed to produce professional emails, documents, forms and reports.
Administer building and office door key program.
Coordinate and maintain spare parts inventories including purchasing supplies and picking up parts from local supply houses.
Work with vendors to obtain pricing; schedule vendors for work on the campus and escort vendors throughout the buildings as needed.
Candidate must pass all county and federal background checks and fingerprint checks as a condition of employment.
