Technical Knowledge of the Cloud: Applying technical knowledge related to cloud computing to enhance cost estimating capabilities.

Training: Providing training to enhance cost analysis skills within DASA-CE, including commodity-specific cost analysis, cost modeling, and data science techniques.

Programming Proficiency: Hands-on experience and proficiency with computer programming languages such as R or Python.

Technical Knowledge of the Cloud:

The Senior Analyst/Principal Analyst shall meet the following minimum qualifications:

Data Science and Machine Learning: Utilizing statistics, data science, and machine learning techniques to support analytical efforts and studies within DASA-CE.

Completes other duties and special projects as requested by management.

Relationship management, both internal and external.

Ability to make effective and efficient time management decisions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented mind-set. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Develop and manage reporting dashboards for all marketing campaigns.

Manage and update price lists for seasonal and all year inventory.

Focusing on process and systems improvements: continuously identify opportunities to streamline data management processes, enhance data accuracy, and optimize workflow efficiency.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, Cognos, or SAP reporting capabilities is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.

Collaborating for data entry and updates:

A postgraduate education in a field of study closely related to the assigned responsibilities, or equivalent experience.

Strong written and verbal English-language communication skills; knowledge of a second language preferred.

Provide guidance to proposal teams on donor requirements and regulations so that MSH’s proposal budgets are responsive, realistic, and competitive.

At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience is required; 12 years of progressively responsible experience is preferred.

Experience in international public health highly preferred.

Advanced experience with Excel to accurately develop and maintain pricing models.

Applies statistical techniques to perform root cause analysis, analyze trends, and uncover risks and opportunities relative to portfolio management and originations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (engineering, economics, statistics, math, physics, etc.) preferred.

Superior quantitative problem solving skills and customer experience intuition

Experience: 0+ years of analytics and quantitative problem solving experience.

Bachelors Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance required

Possess in-depth knowledge of Bank and product hierarchies, accounting standards, and management accounting concepts required

Leads partnership with senior line of business management and Treasury functions to execute portfolio pricing initiatives and relationship profitability reviews.

Works with fee-based product managers to establish product profitability, understand product costs, and drive efficiencies to achieved targeted margins.

Prior experience managing larger projects and process improvement initiatives required

Comfortable and skilled in managing across multiple senior executive lead stakeholder groups to achieve results and implement necessary changes required

Supports the overall cross-functional management of projects, at both the client organization, as well as internally at Syneos Health

Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and problem solving

Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work required

Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements

Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy for pre-defined problems)

Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills required

Prepare month end reporting and financial analysis for Senior Management including explanations of variances to forecast, plan, and prior periods.

1-3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

BS Degree in Accounting or Finance

Prior experience or exposure to manufacturing and/or inventory accounting

Prepare, analyze, and report on daily operational KPI’s and recommend improvements accordingly based on financial and non-financial data.

Develop, distribute, and present ad hoc operational financial analysis in response to executive inquires.

Knowledge of Earned Value Management.

Basic understanding or exposure to finance principles and budget planning.

Knowledge of master scheduling tools.

Strong analytical skills, good listening, verbal and written skills.

Evaluates statement of work and establishes key schedule requirements.
