Maintains proficiency of park knowledge, lifeguarding skills, water rescue, CPR/AED and First Aid Skills.

Ensures excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectations and needs.

Must be able to obtain all necessary American Red Cross certifications

Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety requirements

Must be able to manage time wisely and set priorities effectively.

Monitor swimming areas, operate aquatic attractions, and help guests in distress.

Demonstrate knowledge of menu and offerings, including dietary and allergen guidelines

Greet guests, take orders, prepare, and serve offerings in accordance with established standards

Strong communication and organizational skills

6 months previous food and beverage experience is preferred

Provide superior guest service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and staff at all times.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of foods and services in order to maintain utmost satisfaction of guests.

Responsible for preparation and presentation of all food items, continuously, ensuring a high level of professional and clean display.

Responsible for greeting guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner, generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative environment.
