Detailed Job Description The Corrections Activities Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising recreational activities for inmates in a correctional facility. This includes developing, organizing, and supervising activities such as sports, educational classes, and other leisure activities. The Corrections Activities Specialist must ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and secure manner and in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures. The Corrections Activities Specialist must also ensure that all activities are conducted in a way that is beneficial to the inmates and that all activities are conducted in a way that is consistent with the facility’s mission and goals.
