Typical Functions


About the Position: This position is responsible for implementing recreational activities for our consumers at Griffin Memorial Hospital.  This includes managing group activities associated with wellness and social skills groups, assisting in monitoring recovery progress towards treatment goals, etc.

Education And Experience


Minimum Qualifications and Experience:


  • Possesses a strong commitment to patient well-being and safety.
  • Associate degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting two years of relevant experience for the required education.
  • Must believe that recovery is possible!

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies


Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
