Interact regularly with lower and/or senior management on matters concerning functional areas, departments, and/or customers.

Financial knowledge including extensive experience with modeling and valuation analysis.

Ability to work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires conceptual thinking and in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Use knowledge and expertise to persuade other stakeholders to support and achieve the desired outcomes of the department.

Take the lead in transition execution including target reviews, assessments, due diligence, identifying risks and developing integration plans, including for divestments.

Develop and present business cases and financial models to be reviewed and by the CEO/Board.

Participate in ongoing strategic planning as an integral member of senior management team.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills including verbal and written.

Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location

Develop capital expenditures plan and forecast and continue to monitor capital allocation plan and policy.

Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting; oversee the preparation and communication of monthly financial statements/dashboards.

Oversee weekly cash management; Approve weekly payables.

Public Company experience is required

Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or Finance - preferred

Manage learner activity and performance in development programs, driving them to completion

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Prior experience in Student Success/Support

Prior experience in enrollment campaigns and learner success

Learning Project Manager/Corporate Training Manager
