Screen candidates and conduct interviews based on department needs outlined by hiring managers.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to yield top talent, manage talent, and identify internal growth opportunities.

Schedule video, phone, and potential on-site interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

You’re able to manage your time and add value that the broader team can feel without being told what to do.

Actively source candidates, and build out candidate pools

Take ownership of special projects which drive enhancements to our candidate and hiring manager experience

First class organizational skills with experience of handling multiples priorities simultaneously; ability to effectively prioritize and work quickly

Screen resumes and profiles to determine candidate qualifications

Quickly build strong working relationship with all partners, including hiring managers and other members of the People team

Quickly develop sound understanding of the music industry and departments through thorough briefing meetings with managers as well as proactive research

2-5 years of proven experience sourcing for technical roles in high-growth organizations

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) LinkedIn Recruiter experience\Strong verbal and written communication skills

Coordinate with Hiring, Managers and hiring teams in order to understand the candidate profiles needed

Contribute to providing an exceptional candidate experience

Previous experience on passive recruiting / sourcing top talent for Market roles

Minimum of 3 years research/sourcing experience ideally in Luxury retail

Experience building diverse candidate pools

· Work with assigned leader to negotiate offers with candidates.

· 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing
